In short
To log in to Granny Slags, go to the members area login page and enter the email and password you joined with. If you've forgotten your password, use the reset option on the login page. Cancel renewal in Settings > Billing, delete your account from your avatar menu, and ask the members help centre about anything else.

Where to log in
Log in at the members area login page, using the email address and password you joined with. This information website doesn't hold accounts, so there's nothing to log in to here.
If you're asked to verify your identity before you can carry on, that's usually because you signed up through a VPN or the account was flagged for checks. The check uses a photo ID and a selfie through the verification provider LEM Verify.
If your password won't work
- Check you're using the email address you joined with, and that caps lock is off.
- Use the password reset option on the login page and follow its instructions.
- If you're waiting for an email that doesn't arrive, check your spam or junk folder before trying again.
- Still stuck? Contact the members help centre.
Never share your password or a reset code with anyone, including someone you've met on the site. Nobody genuine needs it. Our safety page explains why.
Billing questions
Payments use the billing name shown at checkout, so note it when you pay. Memberships renew automatically until you cancel. Our prices page explains how billing works, and the members help centre handles questions about specific payments.
Cancelling or closing your account
- Stop renewal: log in, then go to Settings > Billing.
- Delete your profile completely: open your avatar menu, then Settings > Delete Account.
Cancelling renewal doesn't delete your profile, and deleting your profile isn't a refund. If you want both, do both. For how the rest of the site works, see How Granny Slags works.

Questions people ask
I don't recognise a charge. Is it you?
It may be. Granny Slags payments use the billing name shown at checkout, which may not be the Granny Slags name. If you didn't make the payment, contact the members help centre and your bank.
The password reset email hasn't arrived. What now?
Check your spam or junk folder, and make sure you entered the same email address you joined with. Give it a few minutes before asking for another one. If it still doesn't arrive, contact the members help centre.
Does cancelling my membership delete my profile?
No. Turning off renewal in Settings > Billing stops future payments, but your profile stays. To remove it, open your avatar menu and choose Settings > Delete Account. If you want to leave completely, do both.
I joined through a different site. Can I log in here?
Granny Slags shares a member network with partner sites. If your login doesn't work here, try the site where you first signed up, or ask the members help centre.
